$70.00 plus GA sales tax (if applicable).

Shipping &Handling

• There is a $7.00 per book shipping and handling fee within the continental U.S..
• There is a $10.00 per book shipping and handling fee for Canada.
• No shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico without pre-arranged, pre-payment.
• No overseas shipments without pre-arranged, pre-payment.

Bulk Orders(All locations):
20+ Orders of 20 or more receive a 10% discount, but are still subject to the listed shipping & handling fees for their location. 40+ Orders of 40 or more receive a 20% discount, but are still subject to the listed shipping & handling fees for their location.

Site License
There are two site licenses available: $5,000 and $7,000 per institutional license plus; GA sales tax if applicable, plus a $6.00 shipping and handling fee. See the Site License Terms and Agreement for a full description of what each license covers.

1. E-mail your request and include:
   • the number of books you wish (we will apply any applicable discounts based upon your number),
   • your shipping and billing addresses,
   • whether or not you are an educational institution (unfortunately, in-state faculty have to pay sales tax if ordered with their own funds).
   • a phone number where you can be reached for questions.
2. Ultimate Handbooks will then issue an electronic invoice to your e-mail address.
   This invoice is your chance to double check the order to make certain everything is correct. If it is correct, go ahead and pay the invoice. If it is not correct, send a reply and a corrected invoice will be issued.
3. Send your check to the above address (under Purchase Orders)
   • New customers: once your check has cleared, the book(s) will be shipped.
   • Current customers: books will be shipped upon receipt of your check.

Credit Cards: Temporary Instructions to place a Secure Credit Card Order: only 3 steps

3. The invoice has a secure link to QuickBooks Online to receive your funds. Just click on the link within the e-mail. Once in the Quickbooks online center, you can print your invoice for your records.

Cash:
Ultimate Handbooks and its authors will be attending various major conferences around the world. At those conferences books will be available at a special conference rate.

*All books are shipped via FedEx Ground where possible (business addresses only). Residential addresses will be sent either UPS or Postal Service depending on the number of books ordered and the location. Please allow 5 to 9 days for delivery of international orders.
