Keyword

Is a term or phrase for which the instructor/designer provides a definition in the Glossary Tool. It can be letters or numbers. Keyword is also used in the Index Tool. The keywords in the Glossary, Image Database and Index Tools do not correlate or cross-reference each other.

Keyword Links

On occurs within the Glossary Tool and refers to a Glossary entry that occurs in the definition of another Glossary entry, and is hyperlinked to its own definition. These are called keyword links and can be done automatically within WebCT.
